By using VocalCheck ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
VocalCheck is a free, browser-based tool that analyzes your singing voice using your device's microphone to estimate your vocal range and voice type. No login or account is required. All audio processing occurs entirely within your browser; no audio data is sent to any server.
Not Medical or Professional Advice
The results provided by VocalCheck are estimates for entertainment and general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional vocal assessment, medical diagnosis, or advice from a qualified vocal coach or healthcare provider. Do not use these results to make decisions about your vocal health.
Microphone Permission
Using the pitch detection feature requires you to grant microphone access through your browser. This permission is used solely for real-time pitch analysis within your browser. You may revoke microphone access at any time through your browser settings.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, and design of VocalCheck are owned by or licensed to VocalCheck. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VocalCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
